You DEFINITELY should get your major appliances here. Ask for Smiley who provides Nordstrom-level customer service. I just finished my kitchen remodel and learned so much. Regarding buying appliances: don't just look for the store with the cheapest prices (they're basically all about the same anyway). You should think about: how will the store respond when you have a problem. I'm a self-confessed pain in the neck type of customer because I'm very indecisive and picky. I also had some snafus (all my fault--like ordering the wrong size hood and changing my mind about the custom oven I bought). Throughout all of this, Smiley was unfailingly kind and professional. He provided honest advice on the products and when things went sideways for me, he went out of his way to fix the problem and make sure I was happy and satisfied. I can't say enough great things about Eastbank Appliances and especially Smiley. Smiley is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, helpful and really understands what customer service means. Believe me: if you are buying appliances GO HERE AND ASK FOR SMILEY.

Just bought a gas range here, despite the name you don't have to be a contractor to shophere. They have a good sized showroom and the location is convenient. Thanks to Brendan for the excellent service and coordinating the delivery and installation. This will definitely be our first stop if we need appliances in future.

This is the ONLY PLACE to get your appliances. I work in the real estate, design and building industry and these people know their stuff. Their service goes above and beyond, and the installers are also fantastic. I cannot say enough great things about this place- Professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

We love Eastbank Appliances. Before he retired, Terry sold us a Miele oven, a Ventahood liner, and various other items. They always had the best prices and were creative in offering us both new items or floor models to save us money. Recently, we have been shopping for appliances again and Brendan Gregga is so helpful. He has been so easy to communicate with and sends product information by email so we can coordinate with our HVAC contractor. I've never felt any pressure sales tactics shopping with Eastbank. In fact, Brendan has even made me aware of when I could find better deals online or locally. I highly recommend this outfit.

If we could give 50 Stars to Tom and his Eastbank colleagues, we definitely would. They went above and beyond in helping us with a difficult situation. The repair firm that initially was hired to repair our refrigerator left us in mid air after $1,006 in charges stating they were not licensed to work on our model. They probably should have known this before they started! Eastbank came to our rescue recommending a certified repair firm and worked with them and the original manufacturer to complete the job at no cost to us. Our credit card carrier refunded all of the $1,006 as the original firm did not dispute their charges. Tom, and his colleagues definitely did not have to step in to assist us, but they did without any hesitation with professionalism and courtesy.  We would definitely recommend Eastbank, without equivocation. Please give them a shot on your next appliance purchase!

Simply amazing. The level of knowledge and service here took all the stress out of choosing kitchen appliances. Luke really listened to my desires and concerns and made stellar recommendations based on what he heard from me. Never once did I get an "upsell" or "overstocked on x, so push that model" vibe. We had friends doing their kitchen at the same time. Eastbank doesn't carry the brand of stove they wanted, so they ordered appliances elsewhere. They had a nightmare experience waiting months, while our experience was a dream of communication and efficiency. Even worse- my friends aren't even happy with their stove, because it has a noisy fan that always runs. Of course, they could never try out a live model, like we were able to do with our stove at Eastbank! The fact that Eastbank doesn't carry a brand should be a red flag about that brand. Had she gone in and asked why the don't carry brand X, I bet they would have mentioned issues with noisy fans! DO NOT GO ANYPLACE ELSE!

Thom Feller came through like a champ, when a part for our dishwasher was delayed for an exceptionally long time. The next day, he sent out a brand new dishwasher, had it installed and took away the old one. You don't see this type of customer service anymore. I'm becoming so accustomed to excuses and "I'm sorry", that I was flabbergasted at what Thom considered "the right thing to do". We've bought a range from Eastbank too. Our experience in dealing with Eastbank folks has always been positive. They are knowledgeable about all of their appliances and obviously stand by them. Great service and good prices on very high quality appliances. My contractor and architect friend sent me to check things out and Robert showed me all the options - he was very patient with me - and guided me through the process - I would certainly be back - when its time to replace the stove/oven. And I be happy to recommend to my friends. Now we we own one of their fridges. Their delivery crew was super nice as well - but more importantly their scheduling was excellent.

Customer service can't be beat. Prompt, polite, and very proactive in getting any issues taken care of from choosing, ordering, to service years in. Just had an issue 5 years after installation and Eastbank has been incredibly helpful and professional in getting everything fixed up.
